My name is Brian Pitser and I am a realtor with Homewaters, specializing in cabins, property and homes on the Manistee, Platte, Betsie, Bear Creek, Little Manistee, Pine, Boardman and Big Manistee rivers. With many years of sales experience and a passion for the outdoors, I am certain that we can help you find the property of your dreams, or a simple cabin on a quiet stream.

Having been a fly fishing guide since 1996, I am infinitely familiar with all the rivers, creeks, and lakes in the area to better serve you in your real estate needs. Schmidt Outfitters in Wellston, MI has served as my guide and fly shop home since 1996. During my tenure there I was also a sales representative for Sage, Simms, Umpqua, Scientific Anglers, Fishpond, and other fine manufacturers of fly fishing gear, managing a territory of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. With the contacts and customers I have worked with and developed over the past 10 years, it is a fantastic transition to the world of real estate and a company such as Homewaters.

My wife, Deanna and our two children Logan and Lily, live in Interlochen just off of Green Lake. We enjoy the outdoors and our “up-north” lifestyle with family in the Traverse City area and friends throughout northern Michigan. In the winter months, we enjoy skiing, snowshoeing and some fishing. During the spring, fall and summer the pursuits are endless with mountain biking, canoeing, hiking, upland hunting, and of course, fly fishing.
