Welcome to www.homewaters.net!  We've worked hard to ensure this is the finest resource avaialble for those searching for waterfront property in Northern Michigan.  At any time you can click on the logo at the top of the page to go to our home page.  I'm the past President of The Traverse Area Association of Realtors and the sales representative in Kalkaska County for Homewaters, L.L.C.  I grew up in Cadillac, Michigan and worked for 25 years in Corporate Shareholder Relations and managed a Corporate Foundation ending in 1997 when the company was sold. After a move to Kalkaska County that same year to live on the Manistee River, I spent five years volunteering at Biederman Cancer Clinic, and sat on the Boards for the Kalkaska Public Schools as well as the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy. I became a licensed Realtor® in 2002 and began my Real Estate Career in Kalkaska County with a focus on the 90 lakes and 3 rivers within the county.  I have one daughter who also lives in Kalkaska and is a Middle School Technology teacher.  My leisure time is spent with friends and family, gardening, kayaking, walking, and enjoying the beauty around me.
