We have known Blake Bernard for years through work, life, and friendship. With our family growing, my wife and I knew we needed a new home that would fit our family's needs for the future.

We reached out to Blake for some guidance at first, just thinking he could assist with suggestions and advice.  I knew Blake was good, but the outpour of attention and drive he had right off the bat was exciting, let alone his willingness to travel to meet for walk through, home inspection, closing etc. It turned from asking a friend for some advice over the phone to the best phone call I ever made in searching for a new home. Blake immediately in 5 minutes was sending comp info, and walking me through the offer process.

His knowledge and guidance made the search, purchase, and the closing on our new home as simple as possible. My wife and I could not be happier with what Blake brought to the table for our family.
