Sara Cook, Grayling / Gaylord
Hello, internet world! It’s me, Sara Cook, your Grayling and Gaylord Homewaters LLC representative!
I grew up in Gaylord, but moved to Grayling in 2011. I have 2 beautiful (and sassy) daughters as well as a step-daughter whose ages are 10, 9 and 6. Trust me when I tell you, I have a really FUN and EXCITING life. Our family enjoys everything living in gorgeous Northern Michigan has to offer. We take pleasure in being active in the outdoors camping, kayaking, biking, running, and skiing in the winter. I am proud to call Grayling home now and couldn’t think of a better place to raise my family. I am a self professed sports FANATIC and since my dream of becoming a Detroit Tigers bat-girl never came to fruition, I decided to pursue real estate. Kidding! (Sorta')
After working in the medical field, I made the transition into real estate by sheer chance and have been in love with it ever since! After spending the last few years managing a prominent local real estate office, I am excited to now transition into a more sales oriented career. Working in real estate management has given me the advantage of staying up to date with the real estate market, understanding the best ways to promote listings and being able to competently maneuver clients through each step of the buying or selling process of real estate. Managing several agents in an office has allowed me to multi-task efficiently and not get easily distressed in sometimes adverse situations. I have a drive to succeed and am dedicated to achieving positive results with each task set before me. This combination makes for a great real estate agent. You can always trust me to be personable, honest and real. Attentiveness and communication are tremendously important to me and will be something I will always give to my clients. I am excited about what I do for a living. Real estate is my passion and I have been fortunate enough to have it also be my career. Furthermore, I get to represent an icon in what I believe to be the most beautiful part of Northern Michigan; the AuSable River!
Homewaters was founded on the flowing waters of The Au Sable and Manistee Rivers in Crawford County and the riverfront sales in that area still make up a good portion of the company’s annual sales. I will be working together with Broker / Owner, Chad Brown, to continue the long tradition of servicing riverfront and lakefront clients in that area while expanding my reach to include off water buyer and seller clients. I am thrilled to work for Homewaters, a one of a kind company whose dedication to achievement and service is unparalleled. I appreciate you taking the time to get inside my head and learn more about me. I truly believe the world gives you back what you put into it and I am determined to always leave a trail of positivity wherever I go!
