My Local Community

Rooted in Scottville, Driven by the Water

I believe that to truly sell a lifestyle, you have to live it every day. For me, that home base is Scottville. Living in the heart of Mason County, just minutes from Ludington, allows me to be at the center of the region I serve—from the quiet inland lakes to the powerful currents of our world-class rivers.

A Captain’s Perspective on Our Community

My roots in this region run as deep as the riverbeds. Long before I was helping neighbors navigate real estate contracts, I was navigating them through the "Big Four" river systems. My background as a longtime fly fishing guide and charter captain gave me a unique office: the Pere Marquette, Muskegon, White, and Little Manistee rivers.

Strategic Insight Across Five Counties

Living in Scottville gives me a strategic vantage point. Whether I’m launching a boat or heading to a showing, I understand how our local waterways, seasonal shifts, and community growth affect property values in Mason, Oceana, Manistee, Newaygo, and Lake counties. This isn't just data to me; it’s my backyard.

The Best of the Great Outdoors

I feel incredibly fortunate to call this area home. When I’m not helping clients navigate the market, I’m out enjoying it myself, from hunting and hiking to fishing the local waters. I see properties as gateways to the traditions we cherish: morning hunts, afternoon boat runs, and world-class fishing. Whether you’re looking for a year-round residence or a secluded riverfront retreat in Newaygo or Lake county, I’m here to provide the local insight only a neighbor—and a captain—can offer.
