Together with the Marsh family, Schwartz created a modest ranch home featuring Chicago common brick, redwood accents, and horizontal lines blending naturally into the landscape. Inside, the home's thoughtful design begins with a bright, inviting entryway accented by a built-in planter and mahogany cabinetry, creating a seamless transition between spaces. The Marsh family contributed personally to the home’s construction, recalling fond memories of Patt, pregnant and determined, helping lay bricks and moving supplies.
