The Pedestrian Easement on record shows the neighbor parcel at 3907 has terminated but does not say the easement for this property has been removed. A review will be necessary to determine the exact status and the easement has been used in the past 2 years as we owned the property.
Take M-120 to Duck Lake Rd. turn right towards the lake to Scenic Dr. left to property.

The signs are in the road side and the signs are up the driveway
DISREGARD the NO Trespassing signs they are to detour lost people and keep the easement private.
