Crystal Lake is located near Lake Michigan in Benzie County about 25 miles southwest of Traverse City and about 2 miles northeast of Frankfort. It measures approximately 2.5 by 8 miles, and has a maximum depth of 165 feet. At 9,854 acres it is Michigan's ninth largest inland lake. Wow, Crystal Lake is a beautiful sight no matter when you are visiting or residing because of Crystal's pristine natural beauty.
