Northern Michigan Real Estate & Marketing

Born and raised along the shores of Traverse City, I’ve always felt most at home in Northern Michigan. When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me on the water. I’ve spent my life fishing the lakes and rivers of this region, a passion that has given me a deep appreciation for the land, the water, and the communities that make this area such a special place to call home.

Real estate has also been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My parents, Mandy and Chad Brown, founded HomeWaters in 2006, so I grew up with a front-row seat to the work, relationships, and dedication that go into helping people find a place they truly love. After graduating from Central Michigan University, I knew I wanted to come back home and build my own future in the community that raised me.

Today, I serve as HomeWaters’ Marketing Manager and Agent Liaison, giving me a unique perspective on the Northern Michigan real estate market. I work closely with our agents, study local market trends, and develop the digital marketing strategies we use to make our properties stand out. After becoming a licensed REALTOR®, I began working alongside my parents in the Traverse City area, combining what I’ve learned professionally with a lifetime of local knowledge.

For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a property. It’s about understanding what draws people to Northern Michigan in the first place, and helping them find the property that allows them to enjoy it in their own way.

Whether that means a home overlooking Grand Traverse Bay, a place on one of our inland lakes, or simply finding the right neighborhood to put down roots, I’m here to make the process personal, informed, and enjoyable.

I’m excited to carry the HomeWaters story into its next generation while helping my clients begin their own next chapter here in Northern Michigan. When you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to help.
