I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate thier real estate needs since 1997, when I earned my license at just 20 years old. Real estate has always been more than a career for me—it’s something I genuinely love. In 2019, I was honored to be named Realtor of the Year, an award that means a great deal to me because it reflects the trust of my peers and clients.

I’m proud to be part of the HomeWaters Real Estate team, serving Grayling, Higgins Lake, and the surrounding areas. I’m especially known for my experience with waterfront and riverfront properties, but I work with all types of buyers and sellers—from first-time homeowners to second-home and investment property clients.

My approach is simple: provide honest guidance, strong advocacy, and clear communication from start to finish. I’m a skilled negotiator who always puts my clients’ best interests first, and I believe education is a key part of the process. I won’t sugarcoat things—sometimes that means having conversations clients may not want to hear, but need to hear in order to make the best decision.

Outside of real estate, family and community are at the heart of everything I do. I’m married to my husband Arron, and together we have four kids who are now grown or nearly grown. With a little more flexibility these days, we spend as much time as possible outdoors—camping, boating, fishing, chasing sunsets, and enjoying Higgins Lake and the Au Sable River whenever we can.

Giving back is incredibly important to me. I proudly serve as Co-Chair of the AuSable River Canoe Marathon, and I’m actively involved with several local organizations, including the Grayling Downtown Development Authority (DDA), the Grayling Chamber of Commerce, the Headwaters Land Conservancy, and the Miss AuSable River Festival. Being engaged in the community I serve allows me to stay closely connected to the people, places, and future of Northern Michigan.
